Get a booth at a fraction of the price<\/h3>\n

At Copenhagen Bike Show<\/strong> we celebrate those who create something new – with their hands, with their heart and with the courage to go their own way.

In the Handmade, New Bizz and Non Profit<\/strong> areas we make room for the small, the geeky, the unknown, the new and the charitable<\/strong>, who may not have the budget to stand at the fair on normal terms – but who on the other hand have the ideas, passion and craftsmanship<\/strong> that drive the bike culture forward.<\/p>\n

This is where innovation, idealism and craftsmanship meet.<\/em>
This is where the cycling stories of the future begin.<\/em><\/p>\n

We have made room for 25 exhibitors in the Boiler Room where their passion can be showcased and appreciated.<\/p>\n

Each booth is 3 m x 3 m (9 m2) and the price per booth is just EUR 499,- (DKK 3.695,-)
The price includes the normal registration fee of EUR 299,- (DKK 2.245,-), but is exclusive of VAT.<\/em><\/p>\n

Who can exhibit in Kedelsmedjen?<\/strong>
Kedelsmedjen is a special area for the passionate and innovative in the cycling world.
Here we gather the small, the nerdy, the new and the charitable<\/em> – those who don’t necessarily have big budgets, but who have big ideas.<\/p>\n

To be approved as an exhibitor in The Boiler Room, you must meet at least one of the following criteria:<\/p>\n

  • \n

    Handmade<\/strong>: You build, design or assemble your products yourself, on a small scale and with a focus on craftsmanship and quality.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    New Bizz:<\/strong> Your company is new (less than three years old) and you want to test or present a new product or concept.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Non-profit<\/strong>: You represent an association or organization with a charitable, social or environmental purpose.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Space is limited and the selection is made to ensure an inspiring and varied mix of exhibitors.<\/p>\n
