Cycling and Visualization Fill Most of My Life

Both activities have been my sanctuary and profession for over 50 years. As a visual artist, I always seek to combine subject and atmosphere in a compelling way. Cycling is filled with imagery and emotion, merging mythology, nature, and raw power. Every year, I experience nature up close as I ride more than 10,000 km across Denmark and abroad. Landscape and portraiture are my passion.

Cycling is more than a sport – it is a lifestyle, a passion, and an endless source of inspiration. As a cyclist, I know this world from the inside: the burning pain in my legs on a steep climb, the rush of wind on a fast descent, and the mental battle that unfolds kilometer after kilometer. It is this intense experience I strive to capture in my art.
