Professional OrganizationGeopark Bjerg Grand Prix is professionally organized by the highly experienced race organizer Ole Egeblad, who has taken over from Jens Veggerby.
As a former sponsorship director for CSC, marketing manager for the Danish start of the Giro d’Italia in 2012, and organizer of several other major cycling events, Egeblad ensures a thoroughly competent execution of the Geopark Bjerg Grand Prix.
This year’s race will, as always, be supported by helpers, flag marshals, and race marshals, with timing conducted via chip. The event continues its excellent collaboration with the Police and Odsherred Municipality, enabling the clearing and direction of the route. Additionally, the new main sponsor, Sparekassen Sjælland-Fyn, provides valuable support for the race’s quality and safety.
Traffic Conditions on the RouteThe entire route is one-way counterclockwise, except for the section on Route 225 (between Veddingevej and Lykkebjergvej and Søndre Skovvej and Veddingevej), where the speed limit is reduced to 50 km/h.
Atmospheric Finish AreaThe start and finish area is, as in previous years, located at the Home Guard House in Høve at the top of Odsherred, offering a fantastic view over Sejerø Bay.
The quality of the catering, entertainment, and overall atmosphere in the finish area will, as always, be top-notch.
