For exhibitors
Stand prices
Exhibitors can choose between three types of visibility at VeloDays 2025.
The most commonly used is a stand at VeloDays, where you have space in the main hall for the weekend trade show.
If you can’t attend in person, you can buy a place in our online catalog, which is visited by our many thousands of guests.
Finally, you can choose a Walk & Talk space that doesn’t allow you to showcase products, but only access with roll-ups.
20% Early Bird discount
By registering before June 1, 2025 you save 20% on the above prices.
Fee
All exhibitors with stands are charged a registration fee of DKK 1.995,-.
The fee covers power sockets, electricity consumption, administration and marketing.
“Raw” floor space is sold
All stands at VeloDays are sold on “raw” floor space.
The floor in Vejen Idrætscenter is a traditional surface in a sports hall with lane markings etc.
Additional services such as carpets, walls and furniture must be ordered and paid for through our partner.
Booth overview
We have divided the area into 64 stands.
The smallest are 12 m2 and the largest are 28.5 m2.
You can of course book several connected stands to get more space.
The total booth space is almost 900 m2.

Plenty of free parking and free admission to VeloDays 2025 is sure to attract record numbers of visitors
Lots of guests
Full exhibition halls are a must
VeloDays is characterized by packed exhibition halls – both by exhibitors and visitors.
As an exhibitor, it is crucial that you attract a lot of visitors so that the time and resources you have spent are not wasted.
Conversely, a fair is only interesting if visitors have a wide range of exhibitors who can showcase a good mix of novelties and bargains.
Advertising is not free
No matter how many – or how interesting – exhibitors you have, visitors will not come by themselves.
One of the reasons for VeloDay’s success since 2019 is that we guarantee our exhibitors packed fairs with thousands of happy visitors.

At VeloDays you can always find interesting talks.
There is something for everyone, including presentations from active or former professional riders, training advice, travel stories and more.
All our lectures enhance the overall experience of the fair for visitors.
