Stand prices
As an exhibitor, you can choose from three different types of stands.
The most common type is a stand at VeloDays, where you have space in the main hall for the trade fair on the weekend.
If you want to exhibit both during the weekend and during the EuroVelo conference, you need to buy space in the foyer.
Finally, you can opt for a Walk & Talk space that doesn’t allow for product display, but simply access with roll-ups and a high table.

By registering before May 1, 2024 you save 10% on stand rent.

Fee
All exhibitors are subject to a registration fee of DKK 1,995.
The amount covers power plugs, electricity consumption, administration and marketing.
“Raw” floor space is sold
All stands at VeloDays are sold on “raw” floor space.
Additional services such as carpets, walls and furniture must be ordered and settled through our partner.
Booth overview
We have divided Tinghallen’s main hall into 30 stands.
The smallest are 3×3.5 m (10.5 m2) and the largest are 5×7 m (35 m2). Of course, you can book several connected stands and get
More space.
In the foyer there is additional space for 4 large stands. These are intended for exhibitors who also want to be part of the EuroVelo conference, which runs from Monday to Wednesday after the VeloDays weekend.
There are 140 m2 stands in the foyer and 648 m2 stands in the main hall, giving a total stand area of 788 m2.

Monday is a closed trade fair
Only for invited dealers and professional EuroVelo attendees
B2B / EuroVelo trade fair
From Monday, September 23 through Wednesday, September 25, the fair is only open to invited dealers and the professional attendees of the EuroVelo conference held in Tinghallen.
The days are dedicated to professional customer care with new and existing customers.
Exhibitors at B2B / EuroVelo will be located in the beautiful foyer of Tinghallen.
The weekend is open to the public
Free admission to VeloDays 2024 is sure to attract many visitors
Lots of guests
Full exhibition halls are a must
VeloDays is characterized by packed exhibition halls – both by exhibitors and visitors.
As an exhibitor, it is crucial that you attract a lot of visitors so that the time and resources you have spent are not wasted.
Conversely, a fair is only interesting if visitors have a wide range of exhibitors who can showcase a good mix of novelties and bargains.
Advertising is not free
No matter how many – or how interesting – exhibitors you have, visitors will not come by themselves.
One of the reasons for VeloDay’s success since 2019 is that we guarantee our exhibitors packed fairs with thousands of happy visitors.

Central housing density is essential
Tinghallen in Viborg
With the central location in central Jutland, we ensure a full house for VeloDays in Tinghallen in Viborg during the weekend of September 21-22, 2024.
Within an hour’s drive you’ll find major cities such as Aarhus, Aalborg, Herning, Randers, Holstebro, Vejle, Skive and many more. So there’s a huge catchment area of bike-loving Jutlanders to reach with this central location. The decision to offer free admission to all visitors is also a good idea, as it removes another barrier to attending the bike show and being inspired and tempted.
The foundations for a successful weekend of cycling are in place.
