Fee
All exhibitors with stands are charged a registration fee of EUR 299,-.
The fee covers power plugs, electricity consumption, administration and marketing.
Raw floor space is sold
All stands at Copenhagen Bike Show are sold on raw floor space.
Additional services such as carpets, walls, spotlights and furniture must be ordered and paid for through our partner.
All prices are exclusive of VAT.
WALK & TALK
If you don’t need a traditional booth at the fair, you can book a Walk Talk spot.
These are smaller areas where you can stand with a café table and bring 2 roll-ups or similar.
From here, you can circulate among the visitors and engage in dialog with interested customers, hand out material and so on.
REGISTRATION FEE
There is a registration fee of EUR 299,- (DKK 2.244,-) per booth.
As a “Walk Talk” exhibitor there is no registration fee.
The fee covers:
- Power plug (socket) 230 V, 10 A
- Own presentation page on our Danish and English website.
- 1 piece Facebook posts to your relevant target group
- 1 piece Instagram posts for your relevant target group
- Inclusion in the exhibition catalog
- Opportunity to participate in audience competitions with prizes
- Access card for your staff
