Booth rental prices are illustrated on the map with the colors red, yellow and blue.
BLUE zone: EUR 119,- (DKK 893 per m2)
YELLOW zone: EUR 129,- (DKK 968 per m2)
RED zone: EUR 139,- (DKK 1.043 per m2)
In addition, there are some booths that have a column, and these are therefore sold with a 30% discount.
All stands are sold as floor space, but if you need walls, we can provide them free of charge.
Prices are excluding VAT. If you have a valid VAT number for Intra-EU trade, then we can make the invoice without Danish 25% VAT (Reverse Charge).
If you don’t need a traditional booth at the fair, you can book a Walk Talk spot.
These are smaller areas where you can stand with a café table and bring 2 roll-ups or similar.
From here, you can circulate among the visitors and engage in dialog with interested customers, hand out material and so on.
There is a registration fee of EUR 299,- (DKK 2.244,-) per booth.
As a “Walk Talk” exhibitor there is no registration fee.
