Address
The address of the fair is:
The Train Workshop
Building OBV 037
Otto Busses Vej 5A
2450 Copenhagen SV
CLEANING
The Train Workshop is responsible for cleaning all public areas during the exhibition.
Exhibitors are responsible for cleaning stands, podiums, showcases etc. If you prefer the Train Workshop to do the necessary cleaning, the service can be ordered as a technical service. Stand cleaning can only be booked for the entire exhibition period.
EXHIBITION EQUIPMENT AND FURNITURE
All brands have an expression of their own and hence you’ll see a diversity of how to exhibit.
Some exhibitors represent big brands with dedicated crews for building state of the art booths.
Others bring smaller podiums and build their own elegant stands.
You can purchase printed walls, spotlights, carpets, furniture and much more.
If you need any items for your stand after the deadline, contact Julia Nygren as soon as possible to discuss your options.
Exhibitor lounge
If you need to rest your head and perhaps have lunch in more peaceful surroundings, you can use the exhibitor lounge on the 1st floor.
Here we also offer a cup of coffee.
See the map below:
Once you’ve bought food and drinks in the café, you can sit up there and relax.
It’s also possible to bring a customer upstairs with you so you can talk a little more privately.
Exhibitor passes
When you arrive at the fair, report to the reception at the entrance where you will receive your exhibitor passes.
These must be worn visibly, as our staff and guards need to be able to see that you are an exhibitor.
Nordic Bike Show staff will be at the reception during the following times:
Friday March 1, 2024 between 8 am and 6 pm
Saturday March 2, 2024 between 8 am and 5 pm
Sunday March 3, 2024 between 9 am and 5 pm
Outside these hours, please contact Christian Ritter on mobile +45 2042 0006.
FIRE AND EMERGENCY EXITS
The technical department is at your service to advise you on the optimal utilization of the event space and the resulting fire instructions.
The following practical rules must be observed at all times:
– Fire and emergency exits must not be blocked without permission from the technical department
– No smoke, fumes or odours should be generated
– All combustibles in the hall must be fireproofed
– Roof constructions on a stand are only allowed if approved in advance by the technical department
– Use of open flames must be approved by the fire department
– All banners, flags and other flammable material must be fireproof
Train Workshop staff install fire exit signs as needed.
FOOD AND DRINK
Food and drinks are sold at the fair’s cafés.
The provision of food and beverages – including samples to visitors at a stand – requires the prior consent of the organizer.
Even if such consent is given, exhibitors must follow the instructions of the organizer.
If the instructions are not followed, the organizer is entitled to terminate the contract with the exhibitor in question, who must then leave the stand area at his own risk and expense.
Notwithstanding the consent of the organizer, alcohol cannot be served to persons under the age of 18 according to Danish law.
Gates
On the map below you can see the gate closest to your stand.
Please use the closest gate and remember to unload quickly and then drive away with your van immediately so that the next exhibitor can get to the gate to unload.
Of course, this applies to both loading and unloading.
HANGING EQUIPMENT
The technical department of the locomotive workshop is at your service to help with attractive and functional suspension systems.
Signs and similar may not be hung from or protrude from walkways and open areas. Stands may not be erected above the official stand height of 2.5 m in the area without separate permission from both Copenhagen Bike Show and the technical department.
It is forbidden to damage the Locomotive Workshop’s floors, walls, roof structures and materials with screws, drills and nails or in any other way.

You can download the Apcioa app here: apcoaflow.apcoa.dk

to no later than Tuesday, February 20 at 9 am
You will then receive an invoice for the requested day passes.

Here you can order help with hanging banners and other items, as well as extra spotlights and furniture if needed.
Please note that there is an additional charge for ordering during the fair and that the selection of furniture is limited.

TRANSPORTATION AND FREIGHT HANDLING
As Lokomotivværkstedet is not able to receive shipments to your stand, if they arrive outside the official construction period and you are not present to receive them, they must be sent to our partner DSV Solutions, who will then take care of receiving, registering and delivering the goods to the stand.
The address is:
DSV Solutions A/S
c/o Bella Center
Emma Gads Vej 11, (Loading Area E)
DK-2300 København S
Mrk: CPH Bikeshow / ”Company” / ”Standno.”
If you are not able to have your material collected from the venue during the official breakdown period, arrangements should be made to have DSV take it back to their warehouse for further processing from here. Any material not collected at the end of the break down will automatically be removed by DSV at the exhibitors expense.
Forklift assistance for unloading and reloading of trucks can also be ordered from DSV – it is recommended to pre book this service to reduce waiting time.
There is no space available at the venue to store empty packing material (boxes, pallets, crates etc.). If you need, DSV offer remove, store and return your empties.
Contact information:
For transportation inquiries, questions and prices on all of the above services, please contact Project Manager Henrik Glendorf or Jesper Steen, DSV at or by phone 43203850.
