Stands
The Copenhagen Bike Show was sold out in 2024, so a waiting list has been created for stands for the 2025 show.

Stand rental prices per m2 in 2025 start at EUR 119,- (DKK 893,-) and are illustrated on the map with the colors red, yellow and blue.
RED zone: EUR 139,- // DKK 1,043 per m2
YELLOW zone: EUR 129,- // DKK 968 per m2
BLUE zone: EUR 119,- // DKK 893 per m2
In addition, there are a few green stands that have a column placed on the stand and are therefore sold at a 35% discount.
All prices are exclusive of VAT.
Registration: Exhibitors in 2024 have priority for the same stands in 2025. Available booths will be released on August 15, 2024.
WALK & TALK AREA
If you don’t need a traditional stand at the fair, you can book a space in the Walk & Talk area.
This is a special area where you can stand at a café table and bring 2 roll-ups.
From here, you can circulate among the visitors and engage in dialog with interested customers, as well as hand out material, etc.
The price for participation in this area is EUR 499,- (DKK 3.745,-)
There is space for 10 exhibitors in the Walk & Talk area.
REGISTRATION FEE
There is a registration fee of EUR 299,- (DKK 2.244,-) per stand.
As a Walk & Talk exhibitor, there is no registration fee.
The fee covers:
- Power plug (socket) 230 V, 10 A
- Own presentation page on our Danish and English website.
- 1 piece Facebook posts to your relevant target group
- 1 piece Instagram posts for your relevant target group
- Inclusion in the exhibition catalogue
- Opportunity to participate in audience competitions with prizes
- Access card for your staff
